Hampton by Hilton Hangzhou West Lake Lakeside Wulin Square

The room was decent, and we had a great view of West Lake from the high floor. However, they really need to pay more attention to cleanliness. We noticed several times during our stay that the breakfast utensils and plates still had residue on them, as if they weren't washed properly. Hope they can improve on this!

The room was very clean, and the TV screen was huge with a view of West Lake from the window. The service was excellent, and the fruit tea in the lobby was delicious. It was also very convenient to find food behind the hotel, with tasty noodle shops and restaurants.

If you're visiting Hangzhou, you *have* to stay at the Hilton Hangzhou Wulin! I booked a lake view room and the view was absolutely breathtaking, it left me speechless 🥹 You can see the West Lake and Broken Bridge right from your window, with boats leisurely gliding across the water. This kind of ambiance is something you'll fall in love with after just one stay. The Byredo toiletries in the room were also fantastic. The scent was luxurious, and my hair felt so smooth after washing ✨ The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety and the food was delicious. The hotel is also right next to a shopping district, so you can just step out and explore the shops and restaurants. The location gets a perfect 100/100! Seriously, all my girlfriends coming to Hangzhou, you should definitely go for this! The lake view room is totally worth the upgrade – it's an experience that really makes your stay!

This was the smallest room I've ever stayed in at a Hampton by Hilton. When I booked, I requested a quiet room. Upon check-in, the lobby manager told me they'd upgraded my room, but I ended up with a small room right by the road, and I didn't get any good sleep for two nights. The most frustrating part was the hotel parking issue. I was charged 94 yuan without any prior notification. When I tried to resolve it with the hotel, I was repeatedly given the runaround, which was very disappointing. I really appreciate Trip.com's quick resolution though!

Hampton by Hilton has always been my top choice for accommodation. The West Lake Hubin Wulin Plaza branch is conveniently located with excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet, in particular, is incredibly rich and the service is outstanding.

The hotel is in the city center, which is very convenient for getting around. The room was very clean, and the front desk service was very warm and welcoming.
