Upon checking into this hotel, I found the room to be very comfortable. The staff provided warm and friendly service, and the lobby was tastefully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was also quite good! Thumbs up!

The room was great, and the service was very attentive. Every time I come to Hangzhou, I choose a Hampton by Hilton hotel, especially because their breakfast is incredibly rich – definitely don't miss it! The fact that you can see West Lake directly from the hotel, in the Wulin area, is truly rare and amazing. The only minor issue is that parking spots are quite tight in this location, but that's totally understandable.

The hotel's location is excellent, with several malls right outside. The room was clean and quiet, and the front desk and staff were always quick to respond. All in all, it was great!
