Zety Hotel (Hubin Xihu Longxiangqiao Subway Station Branch Hangzhou)

Spent a few days in Hangzhou with my family and booked two rooms. My family and I both agree that this hotel is absolutely fantastic. They use Jo Malone toiletries and Dyson hairdryers. The staff are warm and attentive, and the bedding is just right – not too soft, not too firm. Everything is clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

Service: Super good, the front desk ladies are all really nice. The room also offers free laundry service, which is much needed with Hangzhou's weather! Environment: The room environment is excellent and feels very high-end~ Location: The surroundings are also very convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to West Lake and in77, which is super, super convenient! Highly recommended!

There are many shops nearby, and both dining and transportation are very convenient. The hotel facilities are relatively new, clean, and hygienic. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and provide excellent service. It's suitable for family travel.

The hotel is super close to Hubin Yintai and West Lake, less than a 10-minute walk away. The check-in was very welcoming. The king room was quite spacious, and when they saw we were friends staying together, they even offered an extra comforter. Although it's right by the road, it's very quiet. Great value for money.

Forgot to take photos of the room, but it was really clean, tidy, and new! I have to say, the mattress and pillows were super comfortable – I fell asleep instantly, though that might also be because I was so tired. This place is an amazing value, and the location is absolutely perfect. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, had excellent service too! Seriously, no lies! Super satisfied!

The Zhenting Hotel is in a great location, close to West Lake, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff are attentive, and the laundry service is incredibly convenient. I've already recommended it to friends and family! The room cleanliness could be a bit more meticulous, but that's a minor detail and doesn't detract from an otherwise five-star experience.

Came to Hangzhou and picked an excellent hotel! The staff were incredibly dedicated and always available, providing fantastic service. The breakfast spread was extensive, with new dishes every day, and in the evenings, they even brought sweet soup to the room. I had a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou.
