Good location, walking distance to a night market,and XiHu. Clean room and hotel public area. The staffs are really helpful, that was my first time and first night visiting China, not familiar with the Telco, apps, car hailing and maps... They helped to clear my doubts, moving luggages on and off the cars...

Location and breakfast are the best things about the hotel. Room and special toilet are small and urgent need a rampage, an upgrade as it's too old. Room carpet full of marks, mold in shower cabin, gives a bad impression.

Metro station is just next door. And nearby wulin night market is just a short walk with a food street. West lake is also nearby. Infront of the hotel is the bus stop to Linyin temple. The only downside is the toilet door. The glass door is transparent from the outside. You will need to switch off the toilet light when doing your business unless you don't mind your partner looking.

A very nice hotel with good service. Breakfast is good in terms of variety and quality.

Just right beside metro entrance

Stayed gere just for a night because of our layover flight. Its about an hour by train and 30 mins by car. Near west lake. Price is reasonable. Breakfast starts at 7am. So we had no chance for the breakfast as our flight is at 8.40am and we have to leave the hotel at 6am. Lots of shops around. The wulin night market is just around the corner. Mrt exit is just beside the hotel, literally beside. Exit F from fengqi station. Ill stay here again in future visits to hangzhou.

Good location. Old hotel. Generally ok

We took our kids on a National Day trip to beautiful Hangzhou. The location is convenient, and they upgraded us to a king-size bed with comfortable bedding. We can walk to the Broken Bridge. Downstairs is the Wulin Night Market and Fengqi Subway Station, as well as a farmers' market. The book bar in the lobby has new children's books from Zhejiang University Press. It's a very bookish city and very kid-friendly. The breakfast is also very special, with freshly made soup noodles and small wontons 🥟, and the slippers 🩴 are also very comfortable to wear!

It's right next to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. West Lake is also very close, just a few minutes' walk away. The front desk lady and guy were also very nice. Although this hotel is an established brand, the attention to detail is excellent. There are tissues at the elevator door, hand sanitizer inside, and the room is odor-free. Overall, they're very attentive. Objectively speaking, the hardware isn't as good as newer hotels, but the service is superb. I'd definitely stay again.

There is no special bus to Lingyin Temple from Exit E of Fengqi Road opposite the hotel, so I took a special bus map.
