This was my second stay at this Atour Hotel, the closest option to West Lake. The experience was just as delightful as my previous stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, and the check-in process was swift and hassle-free.
This time, we opted for a high-floor room. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The mattress provided the perfect firmness, and the pillows offered excellent support, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for consecutive nights. The room was well-equipped and maintained to a high standard. Although the shower and toilet are only in divided but not separated area, the water pressure in the shower was strong and the temperature was consistent, making showering a comfortable experience.
The breakfast was abundant and varied, featuring a wide selection of local specialties, all prepared with fresh ingredients. The late-night snacks were also a thoughtful addition. The housekeeping and front desk staff were exceptionally polite and readily available to assist us, making us feel right at home. We did not use the hotel’s laundry service this time. It is my understanding that you can conveniently leave your laundry in the laundry room with your room number, and a staff member will wash, dry, and hang the clothes in a bag on your room door.
The hotel’s location is also excellent, just a 8-minute walk to West Lake. This convenient proximity provides easy access to transportation and shopping options. The nearby New Zhou Ji Restaurant offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking high-quality accommodation near West Lake!
