The longer I stay, the more I think it ticks all the boxes. Pedestrian style street at your doorstep with shops to meet your daily needs. Bedroom in the loft allows for a different ambience and is fitted out with comfortable bed and a desk or in some rooms a projector with a screen. Generous daily housekeeping with 3 bottles of water and top ups of tea and other supplies. Generous desk for study and/or meals. Wash and air-dry your clothes. The water flow and temperature of the hot water system is second to none. Only caveat is that the flight of stairs may not suit everyone.

You’re renting an apartment type. So don’t expect it to be like a hotel. It’s nice and peaceful. The neighborhood is safe. The Laundry machine is a plus! You can even see kids running around. The location is very near to the metro station as well. Love it!

Very good apartment loft, was easy to check in and also they were accommodating in upgrading us to a better room with a better view as requested, they were very friendly as well and everything was nice in the apartment, including having a sofa and TV, we connected our laptop to the TV and it worked, its very close also to the METRO station, line 19, I highly recommend this place if you want more of a home stay feel rather than a hotel, you will enjoy it more, all in all a great place to book if you are in Hangzhou for business or just traveling holiday. They speak English as well.
