Close to the lake, shops nearby, close to the metro station

Great hotel to stay and rest. Very polite staffs. Easy to reach gorgeous. Close to a bunch of stores and malls.

Good service. Free laundry service.

Location is near Yipeng Metro which is just 3 stops from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport. The short distance to the Airport of course means you could hear the planes flying above your hotel rooms every now and then. The hotel WIFI access was horrible if you don't have a China phone number. The staff took a long time to register it for me but it lost connection the next morning. Another staff re-registered it for me but worse, it lost connection the next hour.

Front desk and the stuffs were really helpful and the room is clean

The accommodation is very good, the service is very good, the staff are lovely and helpful. I'm a foreigner and want to connect to the internet but don't have a Chinese number. Probably the boss came up to the room to help make arrangements. The room is spacious and has all the necessary equipment. The laundry is on the ground floor, but it's a bit far away, but the subway is not far away. Food is not difficult to find. There's a lot of food near the accommodation, which gives you the opportunity to come again.

It's really good. The service attitude at the front desk is also very good. They can also help with laundry. It's just that it's a bit far away and it's inconvenient to go out. There will be the roar of planes. It depends on personal acceptance. CP30 is the best value for money (?)

Stayed one night during transit at Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport. The hotel is 3 subway stops away from the airport and about 10 minutes walk from the subway exit. The room is newly decorated. The room I stayed in faces the street, so there is a little noise at night, but my sleep quality is not affected. I would like to thank the lady in the restaurant. Because I was catching an early flight, I went downstairs at 6 o'clock and wanted to pack a breakfast (breakfast starts at 6:30). The lady packed fried dough sticks, fried meat, yogurt and pickles for me without all the food. Before leaving, she asked me if it was enough. Through a few words with the lady, I felt that she is a warm-hearted person who brings warmth to everyone on the road. Next time I have a chance to go to Hangzhou again, I will go to Starway Hotel again for the lady!

There are many good value for money restaurants around the hotel: it's right in front of KFC and a short walk down, and the surrounding infrastructure is good. The counter staff is friendly and the hotel is good value for money. I plan to visit again next time.

I am very grateful to the front desk staff. Seeing that we brought our children, they took the initiative to give them delicious food. They were very enthusiastic, especially the sister with glasses. I was impressed.

The room is very clean and bright. The breakfast is very rich. I am very satisfied with my stay. I will come again in the future. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete and it is very convenient to eat.
