The staff was very polite and helpful. They offered us drinks when we waited for the didi. The room is small but in a excellant location. The Xihu Lake and Wulin Night market are just around the corner.

Would recommend if you travel to Hang Zhou. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and here’s my thoughts. Location is next to metro station and near to west lake and shopping malls. The staff are attentive to details and they provide great service. The staff gifted me a hand cream during check out. Room is clean and comfortable, you can choose your choice of pillow. Will visit again if I travel to Hang Zhou

Great experience with this hotel. The Metro station is within 2 mins walk and some bus stations are nearby. It's within walkable distance to the West Lake shopping areas and Wulin night market. The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Nothing I can complain about this hotel.

Hotel front line service very premium. They help us when the apps need some requirements as we only have overseas line. The room clean and the restaurant beside, train station just right front of it. As 1st experience travel, it very remarkable to my family members. Thank you to all the staffs!

They are in good location, need to take care more about the clean in all areas. The staff is very polite, and they help a lot. Also for bookings I'm traveling solo, and I paid many times for 2 people becauee they do not have option for one person.

The receptionists were kind of cold and erm, not that polite. They talked nicely to local Chinese though, even though I do speak Mandarin too. Rooms were really clean and location was good. Near to subway and other attractions + eateries with good reviews.

Hotel is 50m walk from Metro Line #1 @FengQi station exit A. Across the hotel (which is sited in one of the busy roads in Hangzhou ie Yan’An Road) is Kerry Shopping Centre and many other malls. You could walk to West Lake along Yan’An Road (main road in front of hotel) for 100M and take a right turn at the big intersection (with pedestrian bridge across all 4 corners) and walk for another 10-15mins to West Lake. Superb easy. Hotel staff are friendly and breakfast is superb at the price you are paying - value for monies. I would stay there again!

Good location with easy access for train station. The reception did not informed me about my breakfast and I forgotten about it.

Overall experience is great. The amenities are good. They have plenty of water supplies. Lobby has a small cafe. The best thing to talk about is the location. Just a throwing stone distance away from metro station. Opposite of this hotel has Kerry mall, where i bought most souvenirs from the supermarket. Walking distance to west lake. Ps: the towels are a bit dusty

The wash basin is leaking and there are many mosquitoes in the room
