Clean and modern decor which is exactly what i am looking for ! Worth the money

The front desk staff treats guests like family. The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk team provided exceptionally thoughtful and attentive service. The hotel also boasts comprehensive facilities, including a self-service laundry room on the fifth floor.

The service was outstanding across the board. The front desk staff were very attentive, proactively offering drinks and water, which was a practical and much-appreciated touch. Breakfast offered a wide array of choices, and the quality and taste were exceptional – even better than some 5-star hotels I've experienced. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hangzhou.

The room wasn't very spacious. Despite being upgraded from a Superior Twin to a Deluxe Twin, the actual room size didn't seem to increase. However, the room was spotless and well-organized, and all in-room beverages and mineral water were complimentary. The staff were incredibly polite and always offered a warm greeting whenever we encountered them. The self-service laundry room on the 5th floor was a practical amenity, though it's worth noting that the washing and drying machines are separate units. The bathroom featured a convenient wet-dry separation, and all fixtures were clean and fully functional. The hotel boasts a great location, not far from West Lake and the Intime Department Store. The only minor drawback is its proximity to an elevated highway. Late at night, even with the windows closed, a faint hum of passing traffic could be heard. That said, I personally found it didn't disturb my sleep; in fact, it had a somewhat soothing white noise effect.

The location is excellent, and the service was attentive. My friends and I would definitely choose this place again for our next trip. The decor is quite modern, the rooms are spacious, and it's very convenient for getting around. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an excellent choice.
