Kids' room decor: The panda-themed decorations were a hit with the little ones. Service: They even prepared fresh fruit, which the kids loved. Facilities: The family suite also had a walk-in closet and two bathrooms, which was really convenient for our family trip.

Pretty good! The room was very comfortable, and Xiao Han's service was thoughtful, even helping me find a charging cable in a pinch.

I drove to Hangzhou and initially stayed at a hotel by West Lake. I really couldn't stand the outdated facilities and virtually non-existent service of that state-run hotel, so I moved to this one for my second night. Even though the price was similar, the living environment was a significant upgrade, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. The room had a washer-dryer combo and kitchenware, which was very convenient. There were plenty of parking spaces downstairs, and charging was super easy nearby. The only minor drawback might be that the soundproofing of the room door could be better. It was also very comfortable just staying in the hotel for an afternoon without going out. The Japanese restaurant downstairs was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again next time.

Hygiene: Pretty good. Maybe because it's a bit off the beaten path in Yuhang, there aren't many foreigners... didn't really see any, which at least means bedbugs are less likely to be seen. Service: Really great. I could even contact them later to get an invoice after leaving, very convenient. Facilities: I really liked the walk-in closet 😍, finally a place to put my luggage! ✌🏻 The auntie was very enthusiastic and showed me how to use the iron. And the washer-dryer combo is super fast! I specifically chose this place for the washer-dryer. Oh, and it would be great if they could add hand soap... bar soap always makes my hands feel not quite clean.

My experience this time was really bad. The elevator was out of order, and then they gave me the wrong room key card. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Environment: It's surrounded by shopping malls, making it very convenient to go out for meals. Service: The cleaning staff were very meticulous, and the front desk agent, Alicks, provided excellent service. They even proactively contacted us about an item we left behind in our room and offered to send it back. Such service is truly thoughtful.

Lovely reception and breakfast spread. I also like the washer and dryer in the room itself. Very comfortable stay. Only downside it is abit far from main attractions. The cleanliness and gym makes up for it.

A very comfortable serviced apartment, conveniently located with many great restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was also very cozy, the bed was super comfortable, plenty of pillows, and a large sofa, making it suitable for longer stays.

Hygiene: Quite clean, very good. The surrounding area is very convenient, with many restaurants, so dining is very easy and looks great. Service: Very good, the front desk uses a robot to deliver items to the room, essentially fulfilling every request.

I stayed in a studio room, which was a good size, about 30m², with decent soundproofing. It was also on a higher floor and had a dedicated parking lot. However, it's not very friendly for people with a poor sense of direction; the hotel entrance from the parking lot was hard to find, and it was easy to end up in the neighboring building when walking above ground.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to shopping malls and the subway station. The room type was fantastic, and the front desk even gave us Mid-Autumn Festival mooncakes. It was a very satisfying stay, and I would choose to stay here again.

The hotel's surroundings are great, and the rooms are well-equipped, perfect for families traveling with children. Parking was a bit inconvenient to find, and the parking lot environment could use some improvement or optimization.

The underground parking was quite full, so the staff specifically went down to the basement to check and assist us. After checking in, the first room assigned felt a bit damp, so the front desk immediately showed us other rooms and helped us switch floors. The attention to detail in their service was excellent. It's worth mentioning that the bedding and pillows at this Marriott Executive were really good. I just wanted a good night's sleep in Hangzhou that day, not wanting to rush back to Tonglu, and it was completely achieved! I slept very well! The shopping mall downstairs is also very convenient, with comprehensive commercial facilities. It's very close to Hangzhou West Railway Station, about a 10-minute drive! Convenient and reassuring.

Traveling with kids, this hotel offers great value for money. It features fully smart home technology, and amenities like cooking facilities, laundry, a gym, and a swimming pool – everything you need to keep the little ones entertained. The front desk staff provided excellent and very attentive service. I'll definitely be back for another stay! 😀
