The service was excellent. They even granted a late check-out until 6:30 PM because of my flight, and didn't charge anything for it. Hangzhou's service consciousness never disappoints!

This hotel is fantastic! The room was clean and tidy. Traveling alone with my child this time, the hotel even upgraded me to an executive room for free, which made for a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Hangzhou. The hotel's surroundings are great, close to West Lake, making it convenient for getting around!

Overall, the hotel is really good. The location is excellent, within walking distance to West Lake, Listening to Orioles in the Willows (Liulang Wenying), and Qinghefang Street. The hotel service was great; they helped carry our luggage to the room. The hygiene was also very good.
