The courtyard hotel was very comfortable, and the owner was incredibly warm and helpful. They really looked after us out-of-towners, giving us directions and lots of great tips. The location is super close to West Lake, which was incredibly convenient!

A home away from home by West Lake! The hosts here, an aunt and uncle, are incredibly kind! They gave us great recommendations for things to do. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Facilities: All the essentials are there, and anything else you might want is also available. Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and odor-free. Environment: Truly immersed in the beauty of the mountains (a poetic way of saying the mountain scenery is breathtaking). Service: The owners are very accommodating and a down-to-earth middle-aged couple. Jiugu Hongmei (Red Plum) loose leaf tea: Tastes great, a perfect treat for travelers on the go.

This place is 1km from Su Causeway at West Lake, it's clean and tidy, and has great views from the window. The landlady is very welcoming and gave us detailed information about local food, attractions, and scenic spots. There's a rooftop terrace, which is perfect for enjoying the views and sunbathing. Right outside is a hiking trail up the mountain, so if you have enough time, you can leisurely explore around the guesthouse. Highly recommended!

First off, the hardware is excellent. All rooms have large windows with mountain views, and from the fifth-floor rooftop, you get beautiful panoramic views of the surroundings. You can also walk to a nearby mountain; it's not too high, just a fifteen-minute climb. The property is located within a scenic area, and public transport is incredibly convenient, with direct buses to all the West Lake attractions. There are also plenty of great food options nearby. The owner's service is superb! They upgraded us to a room with a tea area and gave us lots of delicious snacks, even sharing their own personal tea stash. The best part is that the owner also lives on-site, which gave us a real sense of home and belonging while traveling. If I'm lucky enough to visit West Lake again, I'll definitely stay here!
