I have expected more from a 5* hotel. It was a challenge to get an iron for 2 days, the breakfast was, well, not great.

凌晨入住的本酒店，自己管轄範圍內能不能停車也不清楚，一大早讓挪車。這就算了，房門還關不上，前台説找人來處理，我苦苦等待十幾分鍾才來修這個門.
通過平台處理這個問題，酒店一直是讓等十分鐘，等半小時説去申請方案.結果跟我説是給住店客人兩盒月餅或者是在店內用餐.
請問貴店是把您得客户當要飯的嗎？

沒有拍圖片但是非常滿意，來參加漫展所以臨時訂的酒店，雙人床房乾淨整潔，還有水果酸奶。房間準備的沐浴露與洗髮水都是一次性的，量大夠用也很衞生。感覺很不錯，防滑墊也準備的很細心，不用擔心摔倒。
前台小劉服務槓槓滴！小涵辦理入住也很快！兩個姐姐都和熱心負責，後續來前台諮詢問題也都耐心解答了，參加活動的時候放心地把行李寄放在酒店了。
酒店內部和給出的宣傳圖是一樣的，就很高興，宣傳是真實透明的就很讓人放心。外賣也很便捷，送取地點明確流程簡單，體驗很好

酒店外的的環境還是非常好的，酒店門口還有噴泉，大堂內還有香氛，讓人身心愉悦。前台的小贊還非常熱情，幫我安排了一個很好的房間，還幫我拿行李，非常感謝！
