The B&B is in an excellent location, making it very convenient to visit Manjuelong to see the sweet osmanthus flowers and to stroll around West Lake. The room facilities are complete, clean, and tidy, and the bed is large, making it feel as comfortable as home. The service from the staff was thoughtful, and I was very satisfied and had a pleasant experience. When checking out, the owner even gave us a gift! 💝

An incredibly satisfying and value-for-money experience! The environment is clean, hygienic, and very cozy. The service from the owner and staff felt just like family. Breakfast was different every day, which was such a thoughtful touch. If you had luggage, they'd help you carry it to your room when checking in and assist with it when checking out. After a tiring day, receiving such service truly felt restorative. I visited during the full bloom of osmanthus flowers in Manjuelong, and they even gave me some tea as a parting gift, instantly curing my boredom. This was a truly warm and satisfying experience for me, even more enjoyable than stays at places costing 3000 a night.

We stayed there during the peak season for osmanthus blossoms, and the air was filled with a subtle, sweet scent. The B&B itself was very cozy, and our room was clean. The owner was incredibly welcoming and gave us great tips on local attractions. There's a small restaurant right next door with delicious food, which was super convenient after a long day of sightseeing. It's also close to the zoo, making it perfect for families with kids.

They proactively shared information about nearby attractions and bus routes, which really helped us navigate our 'oxygen-breathing' trip to West Lake efficiently, saving us a lot of detours.

Came to Hangzhou to enjoy the osmanthus blossoms, and booked this place on Ctrip because of its good reviews and location. Even though it's a guesthouse, the room hygiene was up to standard, and it also had a lovely courtyard. The owner left a small bucket of spring water and some tea in the room, so we could boil the spring water and make tea. When we left, they even gave us a small packet of tea as a gift. In summary, the environment is good, hygiene is up to par, and the staff are very nice and welcoming. Highly recommended!

This hidden gem of a guesthouse, which I've stayed at countless times, boasts a fantastic location and spacious rooms. The courtyard is lush with vibrant flowers and plants, and there's free parking too! Every year during osmanthus season, I make sure to stay here. It's just a short walk to Manjuelong Road, directly across from the Children's Park, and a bit further to the Zoo and Hupao Park. West Lake isn't far either. The landlady and the front desk staff are all incredibly nice. This time, they even upgraded my room, making me feel right at home!

Location is great! Room is clean and nearby eateries. Nearby the Hangzhou west lake. The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful. Recommend to anyone that is coming for holiday ! Five star amenities rating because the toilet comes with a Bidet!

The service is incredibly thoughtful; a front desk staff member helped us with our bags from the moment we arrived, all the way up to our third-floor room. The owner also provided detailed local travel routes and guides. After coming back from exploring at night, we could relax in the courtyard. The warm lighting paired with wooden seating created a blend of nocturnal charm and post-impressionistic texture, as serene and romantic as 'Starry Night Over the Rhône'. We ordered some small dishes from the neighboring eatery, enjoyed a few glasses of dry red wine, and soaked in the moonlight, enveloped in Hangzhou's early autumn. My girlfriend was very pleased, and we'll definitely be back. 🐶
