Great location right by the Olympic stadium. The staff was nice and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I had issues with WiFi and had to use my data. The window view was gorgeous, but the window was too dirty from the outside, so the pictures didn't look as good as they could. Overall, my stay there was really nice!

A decent stay and close proximity to the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Centre Gymnasium. Made it easy to get to the concerts that we were attending.

I was attending a concert at the Olympic Center in Hangzhou, and the hotel is very close to the location. It is also right next to a subway station. The staff are very kind and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet also had many options to choose from. I would stay here again.

The hotel was located within walking distance from the concert I attended. When my friend and I arrived at the hotel, reception was full and many people were checking in at the same time. We were told our room wasn’t ready despite a late check in. We waited a few minutes. Breakfast was good and one of the staff members at the coffee machine was very helpful by offering to get my coffee ready while I dished up food. Overall, a nice stay.

Hotel is very close to Line 6 metro/subway exit D5 of the Olympic Sports Centre. About 30mins from Hangzhou East Train Station by metro. Across the road from the Olympic Centre and a short walk to the Riverside Park. Hotel is clean, staff are professional & friendly, gym is good and breakfast was plentiful and varied. I would stay here again.

Noisy Airconditions. No one speak English. Could not been fixed in night,…no better room available.

Booked a room for two days as it was the closest hotel to the Hangzhou Olympic sport center stadium, where I was attending a concert. The hotel had excellent service and the breakfast buffet was superb, I will not hesitate to book again if I am coming back to this area.
