not a bad stay, comfortable bed and big and clean room. but had to change two rooms until we could find one that doesn’t smell bad. but the staff was helpful and accommodated us.

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at a Huazhu hotel. 1. At 5:30 AM, I was startled awake by a robot delivering two bottles of water, apparently for some other room. When I called the front desk to ask why they sent me water, the receptionist asked if *I* hadn't called for it. That begs the question: if I call, you know who I am and which room I'm in, but when someone *else* calls for water, you don't bother to verify who they are?! 2. On my first day, I noticed a crumpled piece of paper in the trash can but didn't think much of it. The next day, I returned to find that housekeeping had only superficially cleaned. The trash bin was emptied, but they didn't replace the bag; it was the same one from the day before, complete with remnants of the things I'd thrown away. Tea bags and slippers weren't replenished either. I had to wait a full half-hour for the front desk to send up slippers. The cleaning lady even looked at what I was wearing on my feet *before* handing me the slippers, just to make sure I wasn't already wearing them. 3. The breakfast *looked* decent, but that's all it was – just looks. 4. The hotel's Wi-Fi was ridiculously bad, and my mobile network signal was incredibly unstable when not connected to Wi-Fi.

We always come back to stay this hotel! This is our 3rd time. It never disappointed us. It could be better if the dryer in the hotel works well.
