The location is very good. Near to the mrt station. However, the room is rather small. It appeared to be smaller than the picture shown on the website. The room I had is small that I cannot move the chair out.

The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. I could hear every single word from the room next door, where four people were chatting until 2 AM. It sounded like they were right in my room. I only managed to fall asleep after they stopped talking at 2 AM.
