Zprime Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Yan'an Road Hubin)

The hotel room was tidy, clean, and smart. It was super convenient for getting around, with Fengqi Road subway station right downstairs, Kerry Centre across the street, and West Lake very close by. The receptionist was lovely and provided great service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. Hangzhou is a wonderful city.

Facilities: Beyond expectations, the room is relatively new, and the overall experience was super good. Cleanliness: Very clean. We stayed for two days and forgot to request housekeeping, but the cleaning lady proactively took care of it. When we asked her for water, she also proactively provided it. Environment: Great environment and an exceptionally good location. It's just over 100 meters from the subway station, very close to Hangzhou East Railway Station and Hangzhou Railway Station, and within walking distance to the West Lake. Service: Breakfast was also okay, and the watermelon was delicious 😋

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days with my elderly family members during our trip to Hangzhou. The location is quite good, just about a 10-minute walk to the West Lake. It's also quite close to Intime In77, within walking distance. The hotel breakfast offered a pretty good variety. It's great value for money and I'd definitely recommend it. Plus, extending our stay directly at the front desk came with a special discount. The service was wonderful too; one day we had to head out early for sightseeing and would miss breakfast, so the front desk staff thoughtfully packed some pastries for us to take along.

The door was peeling, but the worst part was the exhaust fan near the entrance. It kept making noise and wouldn't turn off. I called the staff, but they couldn't turn it off either and told me they'd have to contact maintenance to fix it the next day. I understand it was already very late and the engineer needed to rest, but how was I supposed to sleep? They just handed me a pair of earplugs to make do. When I checked out the next day, there was no apology, no explanation, and zero follow-up on the issue whatsoever!

We booked rooms 418 and 518. The interior environment was good, but the street noise was loud, even with the windows completely closed. Breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, and you could grind your own coffee.

The environment is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. It's just a 1-minute walk from the subway station to the hotel. Plus, there are tons of great food options nearby to choose from. The room itself is very comfortable and spacious, with a cozy bed and clean facilities. It's perfect for business travelers like me. It would also be great for families with kids, as there's plenty of space. The value for money at this price is simply amazing.

The service was prompt, and the location was convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a great experience and worth staying at.
