The hotel is very close to the subway station, and you can walk to West Lake Scenic Area. There are also many restaurants nearby.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near Fengqi Road subway station's C2 exit, and close to many attractions. The room is spacious with good soundproofing, and the bed is comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly, and the breakfast options are sufficient.

Hotel lobby is at 3rd floor. This hotel is located near subway, near Department store, night market, restaurant. staffs are nice. Room is clean.

This hotel delivers a comfortable and hassle-free stay with all the essentials done right. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, offering a quiet environment that made it easy to rest and recharge. What truly stood out was the attentiveness of the hotel staff—they were responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about ensuring our needs were met throughout the stay. The location is another major advantage, situated right next to a subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. With everything so accessible, it’s an excellent choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience. The only downside we experienced was with the bathroom drainage, as water tended to leak into the toilet area. While it didn’t heavily impact our overall stay, it’s something the hotel could improve on to enhance the experience further.

I booked the hourly room for four hours, and it was the cheapest option around, plus it's really close to the subway station. We took the subway directly to the airport, which made managing our time easy and stress-free. Kerry Centre is right across the street, and a bit further down are D11 and Wulin Night Market. Keep walking, and you'll reach the West Lake scenic area. It's in the bustling area near Longxiangqiao subway station. We ate at Feile and had their West Lake fish in vinegar sauce and stir-fried pork liver with vegetables, which were both absolutely delicious.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. You can easily walk to West Lake, Wulin Night Market, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Hotel location very close to Metro station (Fengqi Road, Line 1, direct train from Airport), 2 minutes (~100m) walk once you came out from train station. Close to attractions (15minute walk to West Lake, IN77, night market etc). Can find local street food around hotel.

Nice hotel, close to the Xihu lake. The soundproofing is good, there were children living next to my room, but their loud voices were muted through the wall

The hotel location very good, super near metro station, just 2 minutes walk can reach hotel. The room is ok, quite big. Hotel can help to keep parcel if you wish to send your parcel there.

1. The hotel is conveniently located just a few dozen meters from the subway exit, with a direct line (Line 1) from Hangzhou East Railway Station. It's also easy to transfer to other lines to get to West Lake. 2. You can experience the Grand Canal by taking the water bus from Wulinmen Pier. 3. Enjoy freshly ground, pour-over coffee right at the hotel.

Stayed for 3 days, primarily because it's close to the subway station and the price was right. However, the power went out on 2 of the 3 days, and I had to switch rooms. What was really frustrating was getting stuck in the bathroom after showering because the door wouldn't open! How can something like that happen? I hope they do a better job with hardware maintenance so this doesn't happen again. My experience over these 3 days was terrible.
