Friendship Hotel Hangzhou （West lake）

We're back again! We're in Hangzhou again! Every time we stay at Youhao (Friendship Hotel), it's always friendly. Many people probably don't understand how much we love Youhao. Even though it's an older five-star hotel and the bathroom is a bit small, it's still very comfortable. This time during the National Day holiday, the air conditioning was a bit too warm; I woke up in the middle of the night feeling hot. The front desk lady helped us upgrade to a premium room. I'm so pleased that the room type we book always gets attention. Besides the praise, I hope the hotel continues to improve; it would be even better if the hardware could be upgraded! And I still love taking their red bean bread home with me.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the bustling heart of the city, within the Hubin business district. It's less than a ten-minute walk to West Lake, making it perfect for both daytime excursions and evening strolls by the lake. The hotel facilities are also good. I'd likely stay here again next time.

Very comfortable, clean, and excellent service. I've stayed here multiple times. The breakfast venue is lovely with a view of the West Lake. There is a good variety of fresh breakfast options, and the downstairs restaurant is also clean and hygienic. Overall, I am extremely satisfied.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to Intime Department Store, the newly opened Pop Mart, blind box concerts, and Metro Line 1. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a business lake-view room upon arrival. From the room, I could enjoy panoramic views of West Lake and the fountain show. Breakfast is served in the revolving restaurant on the 20th floor, where you can savor your meal while admiring the full view of West Lake.

Traveling during the holidays, I chose Trip.com after comparing a few options and finally settled on Youhao Hotel. It truly lives up to its name – the front desk gentleman kindly upgraded us to a lake-view room. The room facilities were excellent, and the view was expansive. My family all agreed it was a great choice. The hotel staff were proactive and enthusiastic, and the location is superb, close to shopping areas like Intime. Highly recommended!

The surrounding amenities are comprehensive. The front desk staff are welcoming and check-in was swift. The revolving restaurant on the 20th floor offers stunning views of West Lake – highly recommended!

This is an established lakeside hotel with an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from West Lake. The revolving restaurant on the top floor is a signature feature, offering panoramic views of West Lake while you dine. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is attentive. The pickled vegetable and pork mooncakes in the lobby are also a popular local specialty. This is a great place to stay when visiting Hangzhou.

Excellent! This is my second stay, and this time I brought my parents along for a trip. They even upgraded our room for free, which was really nice. The location by West Lake is superb, and the revolving restaurant on the top floor is definitely worth experiencing. The breakfast during the National Day holiday was very lavish. Overall, excellent!

The service lives up to its name, truly giving you a feeling of being at home. From parking to front desk reception and room service, everything feels genuine and thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast on the second day was a highlight; the beautiful West Lake view from the revolving restaurant, paired with a rich variety of dishes, was truly captivating and a delightful surprise. I highly recommend staying here. Both the transportation and the overall stay are well worth praising!
