Zhejiang Hotel

This hotel was quite a pleasant surprise. The room wasn't huge, but the materials and furnishings felt high-quality, similar to some of the older, established five-star hotels in Hong Kong. The breakfast was definitely on par with a five-star experience too. If you're driving, I'd recommend caution; larger cars won't fit in the automated parking garage, and the street parking out front is limited and often crowded. Your best bet is to take the subway; the Fengqi Road station right outside has direct lines to both Hangzhou East Railway Station and Xiaoshan International Airport.

Pros: Located in a bustling area with plenty of amenities nearby, great for picking up local specialties. Food options are also quite affordable! Cons: The hallway reeked of smoke, so beware if you're sensitive to that. The room was on the smaller side, and while it was clean, some facilities were missing and need improvement. Parking was the absolute worst! It's surface parking, incredibly hard to find a spot on weekends, and you have to hand over your keys!

My top choice when staying in Hangzhou! This time, the front desk attendant upgraded my room. The room even had a fan and an air purifier, making my solo stay very comfortable. Breakfast, as always, was excellent and plentiful, and getting around is very convenient.

Zhejiang Hotel was excellent, exceeding my expectations. It was clean and hygienic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service, paying close attention to every detail. Downstairs, there's the Tianxianglou restaurant with consistently good food, offering great value for money. The buffet restaurant upstairs is also fantastic! Keep up the great work!

The Zhejiang Hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to Wulin Night Market. Right outside, you'll find the Line 1 subway station and a large shopping mall nearby. If you get a room facing West Lake, you can enjoy distant views of the lake! The breakfast is also very good, and best of all, it starts serving at 6:30 AM, which is super convenient for early risers. Many popular local food spots downstairs don't open that early, so it's a huge plus.

I stayed for four nights straight. Zhejiang Hotel is the best! The breakfast was incredibly rich and unique, with options for children and freshly squeezed juices. Auntie Liu, one of the service staff, was also very attentive and even left us a note, which we appreciated. We had a wonderful stay these past few days.

The room was great, very comfortable stay, and the breakfast was good too. The customer service was excellent. The cleaning lady on my floor was especially nice, always smiling. She even reminded me when I dropped a bag.

Right by the subway entrance, super convenient. Wulin Night Market is right next door. My child's listener toy went missing in the hotel, and the staff were incredibly patient and helpful in finding it. I'll definitely be staying at Zhejiang Hotel again next time.
