I chose the Atour Hotel West Lake in Hangzhou, and it's not my first time staying at an Atour. As always, it felt like a home away from home. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive, the room was clean and tidy, and the location is super convenient, very close to the subway exit, making getting around a breeze. It was a great stay!

The room was clean and well-equipped, with a cozy and inviting ambiance. I particularly appreciate Atour Hotel's pillows, which are incredibly conducive to a good night's sleep. Atour Hotel is my top choice for business travel accommodation.

I chose this hotel because I wanted to be close to Lingyin Temple and West Lake, and it's also very convenient to the subway station. The environment is pretty good, the room is quite spacious, and the service and breakfast were excellent. Highly recommended!

I used my Ctrip points to book a one-night stay here the day before yesterday. The service was excellent, the room was spotless, and there was no smoky smell. I've always been a fan of Atour's youthful and vibrant design aesthetic. The pillows were quite good; in fact, the bedding is one of Atour's best-selling products. The room featured their弹力枕 (elastic pillows), which were incredibly comfortable to sleep on. If you're interested, you can inquire about purchasing them at the front desk. The front desk also upgraded me to a room with an outside window, which allowed for better air circulation.

Right by the subway station, so getting around is incredibly convenient. The room itself was quiet and spotless. Definitely recommend staying here.

This has to be the most unique themed hotel I've ever stayed in! The various musical elements, from vinyl records to different instruments, truly immerse you in music. It made me forget I was even in a hotel; it felt more like a museum. The front desk service was excellent. I'll definitely be back next time!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Huanglong Sports Center, just a three-minute walk away. There's also a direct bus to Lingyin Temple, which is super convenient. The bedding, as always, was great – I slept very comfortably. The front desk staff (the young man) was very service-oriented; he knew we preferred a higher floor and upgraded our room for free. Thumbs up! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

Room was large, clean, and the members of the hotel were all very friendly and supportive. No problem for long stay as a foreigner :)

The room decor was basic; the wardrobe door didn't close properly and creaked. The room felt stuffy with poor air quality, making me sneeze constantly. The AC was either too hot when on or too cold when off. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the duvet was very thin. On the positive side, the front desk service was quite good and responsive. It's very close to Zhejiang University Yuquan Campus Xinjiao Gate. Overall, it wasn't great value for money.
