Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hangzhou

The bath towels were yellowed, there were things on the bed, and as someone who travels frequently for business, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The front desk staff were rude, the room smelled strange, it was truly awful. There was even un-flushed waste in the toilet.

The hotel's location is excellent; step out and cross the road, and you're at West Lake. If you dine at the restaurant on the top floor, you can even enjoy beautiful views of West Lake. As for everything else, I won't comment. However, when traveling, staying nearby is definitely more convenient, especially when you're with elderly people and children.

The hotel is in a great location, which is a big plus considering the traffic around West Lake in Hangzhou. It's just a few minutes' walk to the lakefront, not far from the Broken Bridge, and right next to Wulin Night Market. The breakfast selection is extensive, and there's a kids' pool, which is great for families. Overall, it was a good stay, and any minor hiccup during check-in was promptly resolved by the lobby manager.

The hotel was excellent. The lobby air conditioning was very cool, and it's super close to West Lake right behind the hotel, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The concierge, Liang Wei, provided excellent service by helping me store my luggage during checkout.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. Dora provided excellent and warm service, making the experience quite pleasant. The hotel is very close to West Lake, right next to the scenic area, which is really great. The surrounding area has good road access, making it convenient to catch a taxi. It's also very near Fengqi Road subway station, so getting around is super easy. Highly recommended.

Facilities: Excellent. Cleanliness: Spotless every day. Environment: Beautiful surroundings, very close to West Lake scenic area, just a few minutes' walk away. Service: Extremely warm and welcoming. The front desk staff even upgraded our rooms and arranged them together so it was easier to look after the children. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

The room was fantastic, super convenient for getting around, and the location is unbeatable – within walking distance of West Lake. There are tons of great restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, the service was attentive, and the amenities were excellent. It's a great value for a West Lake trip. Highly recommended!

The room didn't match the photos online. Not worth the price. The hotel breakfast was just mediocre, similar to what you'd get at a 300-yuan hotel. The first picture is from their promotional material, and the next two are what the room actually looks like.
