The service was great, but the building itself is quite old, so the overall environment isn't ideal. The decor also seems a bit dated, with some paint peeling in places. However, the transportation is incredibly convenient; there's a subway station right outside, and the city station is practically at your doorstep. I can imagine that 20 years ago, this area must have been prime real estate, though it feels a bit desolate now.

Standard Holiday Inn, and while the rooms aren't as new as the Holiday Inn in Shanghai and breakfast is just okay (but filling), the location is incredibly convenient. The hotel is right above Chengzhan Station on Line 1, which is also a train station, making it easy to get anywhere. Housekeeping and front desk service were both good, and soundproofing was fine. The bathroom was a bit small! I only managed to get a night shot from the 26th-floor bar!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station. There are plenty of food options nearby, and convenience stores are very handy for buying things. The female staff at the front desk were polite and greeted guests, always willing to help and offering recommendations for local attractions. Their service attitude was fantastic, and the cleanliness was also superb – very clean. Breakfast was also quite good, I was satisfied with the food! The Wi-Fi was online and streaming videos was very smooth. The price-performance ratio is also high. It was a satisfying trip, and I'll choose this hotel again next time.

The front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel's location right next to Hangzhou Station is incredibly convenient. They offer luggage storage, and transportation is excellent. The breakfast was also plentiful. The interior decor could use an upgrade, but overall it was a good stay.

I booked this hotel specifically for its location, and it didn't disappoint. It's right across the road from the subway station, making transport incredibly convenient. Major shopping malls like Hubin Yintai are just a couple of stops away. However, both the surrounding area and the hotel itself are a bit old and dated, which is understandable as it was built six years ago. After checking in, I wanted to use the gym, but the equipment was broken and unusable. The laundry room also didn't have any detergent. The front desk staff was very kind; one of the ladies even helped me track down a package I was expecting. The room was quite clean when I entered, the cleaning staff clearly put in a lot of effort, but some old stains were unavoidable. Overall, if convenience is your priority, this place is definitely worth considering.

The location is excellent, very close to West Lake and near Hangzhou Station. It's also convenient to get to Hangzhou East Station by subway. The breakfast is rich and delicious.

My kids went on a trip with their classmates. Originally, the two kids booked a hotel nearby, but after one night, we decisively had them switch to the Holiday Inn, trusting the quality of an IHG brand. As expected, the kids reported that for the same price, it was much better than the previous one. The cleanliness and service were both excellent. The front desk staff was incredibly polite and gave us two complimentary breakfasts, which were also very good quality. The location is also great, very close to the subway station. After staying one night, we immediately extended for another night.

The hotel is conveniently located just across the road from the bus terminal after exiting the train station. There's a pastry shop downstairs, and it's only one subway stop from West Lake. There's also a Michelin-starred sesame cake breakfast shop just one subway stop away.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the location was excellent. The subway entrance is right outside, which is super convenient. I was also very satisfied that the disposable towels and bath towels were all sterilized. I would definitely consider staying here again.
