The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. My room was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. The 'Along the River During the Qingming Festival' painting in the lobby is quite grand and impressive. You can tell it's an old five-star hotel by its solid foundation. The room was clean, with smart curtains, and the breakfast spread was extensive. They also offer free parking, making it very convenient for getting around.

This hotel was recommended by a friend and is perfect for business trips. It offers great value for money and is conveniently located in the city center with easy transportation access. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic, polite, and considerate of guests' needs. I was very satisfied with the room they arranged for me. The marble sailboat background in the lobby is also impressive, hinting at its past grandeur. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast was abundant. Definitely worth recommending!

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The front desk staff were super friendly and check-in was a breeze. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was just the right firmness for a great night's sleep. There was plenty of hot water in the bathroom, and the toiletries were good quality too. The hotel's location is really convenient for getting around, and overall it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend! The staff, especially Honey, were very enthusiastic.

This is a great hotel! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was drawn to the huge marble feature wall behind the reception desk. It's incredibly grand and sophisticated, instantly elevating the hotel's overall ambiance. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and professional; check-in was efficient and thoughtful. All the facilities in the room were new and smart, and everything was spotlessly clean. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip!

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the subway and shopping areas, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and bright, spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was consistent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the service was attentive, with prompt responses to requests. Great value for money, and a comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

This is a nice hotel with a couple of minor deficits (see below). Good location: 5 minute walking distance to department stores/shopping centres Westlake 66, Intime, Gda, and Hangzhou Centre, close to many different restaurants and cafes, 5-10 minute walking distance to the metro stations Wulin Square (Lines 1 and 3) and North Zhonghe Road (Line 2), and 10-15 minute walking distance to Wulinmen Wharf and Hangzhou Tower including its shopping city, etc. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast restaurant is large and the breakfast is nice. Fast checkin and checkout. The staff is nice and helpful everywhere. However, the wifi is weak. Initially, I had to go down to the reception to get some help to connect to the internet. They sent two engineers to my room to remedy the problem. Eventually, the engineers installed a TP-Link router in my room to get me connected to the internet (see the photo), which I am grateful for. The room is clean but a frame made me notice that it is not completely clean (see the photo).

Honestly, it was pretty bad. The room was terrible, and all the facilities were really old and worn out. Even the towels, disposable toiletries, and hair dryer were of poor quality and seemed ancient. The only upside was the service; the staff were quite friendly and had a good attitude.

Clean room, nice staff, prime location and wonderful weather. Try this hotel if you ever stop in hangzhou. And. Have a nice gym and pool for yourself at the top floor.

The hotel service is excellent, I'm a frequent guest. The front desk service is great, and Jujie (a staff member's name) provides excellent service. She's very enthusiastic. The facilities are good, and the service is great.

I specifically chose to visit Hangzhou in spring for a short trip, and planned one day to explore Broken Bridge and Leifeng Pagoda. Ultimately, one day really wasn't enough. I'm very grateful to the tall, glasses-wearing manager who helped me call a taxi and choose a drop-off point when I checked in. Originally, I had picked a spot that would have required a long walk. He's quite handsome and speaks fluent English, which is pretty uncommon. I hope to visit Hangzhou again sometime.
