Pros: The king-size bed is a comfortable 2 meters. Cons: The front desk staff had a terrible attitude. They were completely unhelpful and acted as if I owed them money, showing zero customer service. I searched the entire room and couldn't find a hairdryer. Despite the elevator sign indicating a non-smoking floor, there was a strong smell of smoke in the room. There was also some unidentifiable residue on the sofa that hadn't been cleaned. Overall, a really bad experience.

This is my second time booking this hotel, and I was very satisfied — both with the hotel and with the reception staff.

Average service and room service not standard & regular

The washroom sink was in the bedroom area and was very small and tight counter space. The staff couldn’t speak English and were not friendly.

The room is quite clean, but the toilet has a curtain which is unexpected and not very convenient.

During the summer vacation, the prices of hotels near West Lake have basically increased. I booked this hotel with a relatively good value for money. It only costs more than 300 yuan and includes two breakfasts. There are four advantages: 1. The subway is convenient and located in the middle of downtown Hangzhou. 2. The breakfast is richer than hotels in the same price range, and the wontons and noodles taste good. 3. There is a free laundry service, which saves trouble for customers who are tired from playing, and the time is very fast. I ordered it at night and sent it back at 7 am. 4. The overall price is cost-effective given the general price increase during the peak season. Of course, the toilet is behind a curtain, so it may be a little embarrassing for those who don’t care about privacy but are not family members. Slippers are also disinfected. It's probably a four-star level and the price includes two breakfasts, which is relatively affordable. It would be better if the corners and details are more meticulous.

The hotel has an excellent location. It's very convenient to take your children out to play. The subway entrance is right at the door. The room is clean and sanitary. I greet you warmly and Xiaoyu's service is also very good!
