The room felt a bit old, and I found a long hair in the bathroom (I'm a short-haired guy staying alone). The laundry room was not well-maintained, and everything there required payment! Among all the hotels I've stayed in, this one had the worst laundry facilities and washing machines, and it was the only one that charged for them. The proximity to West Lake is a plus, though.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and Henglong Plaza, about 2-3 kilometers from West Lake. The small decorative items in the room show some thoughtful touches. During the holidays, the breakfast area was crowded, and the service quality in the restaurant couldn't keep up. Many finished plates weren't cleared in a timely manner, which could definitely be improved.

The room was clean and well-equipped. It's conveniently located, not far from the attractions, and a taxi ride usually costs 10-20 yuan. The environment is beautiful, and the breakfast is plentiful. The xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) were especially delicious.

The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk from the subway exit, making it easy to get around. It's also near Plaza 66, and only two subway stops away from in77. The breakfast was delicious, they provided complimentary fruit in the room, and the service was excellent.

I was very satisfied! The room was huge, easily accommodating four people. The movable tatami mat was a great design; my child absolutely loved doing homework on it! The service was also excellent. When my child fell asleep, they delivered our meal right to the room, which truly touched this old mother's heart, haha! I can't thank them enough, I'll definitely be back next time. I saw I forgot to leave a review when booking another hotel today, so I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Xiao Ting at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and provided excellent all-around service! However, the night shift staff didn't seem very proactive. On the other hand, the breakfast selection was extensive and absolutely delicious!

The room was old and dirty. I got a lot of bites on my hands, legs, and waist. At first, I thought they were mosquito bites, but today they started to blister. I suspect they're from bed bugs or mites! The itching is unbearable.
