Pagoda Hotel Hangzhou West Lake · Wulin Plaza

The hotel's location is quite good, a 20-minute taxi ride from the high-speed rail station and 15 minutes from West Lake. Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was warm. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the shower tends to clog and leak.

This is our second stay here, and we chose this hotel again for our trip to Hangzhou. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. The hotel itself is very comfortable, offering one king-size bed (1.8m) and one queen-size bed (1.5m), which is perfect for families with two children. The breakfast is also very good.

This hotel is conveniently located in the city center, right next to Plaza 66. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The service is excellent, especially Sweet Donut who proactively helped get an extra breakfast for the child. Because of the typhoon, we extended our stay with Sweet Donut's help, and they even offered a discount [rose emoji].

The room was quite spacious. They also provided complimentary fruit and a free room upgrade. Overall, the experience was great. It was especially quiet, so much so that we decided to extend our stay for another night. If I visit Hangzhou again, I'll definitely stay here. I actually chose Junting this time based on a friend's recommendation. It's also very close to Wulin Square, with many large shopping malls nearby. You can also visit the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, and West Lake isn't too far either. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay.

The rooms are generally spacious and bright, featuring comfortable large beds and ample natural light, offering great views. Room facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast selection is diverse.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the location is convenient for getting around. The breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again!

The HANGZHOU JUNTEEN DESIGN HOTEL has an excellent and convenient location. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The hotel staff are very welcoming, especially the donut service staff, who were very nice and attentive. I'm very satisfied!

Great location, beautiful surroundings, and an amazing breakfast spread with tons of variety. The room was really spacious, perfect for a large group to hang out and chat comfortably.
