The hotel's location right by the subway entrance is incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. It's great value for money. I was surprised to find a theater inside the hotel too! I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Excellent value for money, far superior to guesthouses or apartments. It's at least a 4-star hotel, run like a public institution, ensuring safety and hygiene. Located right in front of Hangzhou Railway Station (Chengzhan), and it's only two stops on Line 1 to West Lake!

Booked a queen room, and the hotel upgraded me to a business queen room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It truly lives up to its reputation as an established four-star hotel; very reliable.

The room was quite spacious; the front desk said they gave me a special, larger room, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was pretty clean, though a bit dated. But considering it's an older four-star hotel, it's still acceptable. The view from the window wasn't great because there's a large platform outside. Still, overall, I'd recommend it.
