Ren He Hotel

Pros: Right outside the hotel is the Hubin Yintai shopping district, and West Lake is just a short walk away – that's definitely a big plus. Cons: The soundproofing is absolutely terrible 😭 It felt like sleeping in the hallway. I could hear the man next door talking, doors slamming shut at 1:30 AM, and women chatting in the hallway at 7 AM... Unbelievable! Basically, forget about getting any good rest 😴

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, covering all bases for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. We booked a West Lake panoramic room. Although the room was small, it was spotless and very tidy. The massage mattress was a unique touch, perfect for soothing tired muscles after a day of walking and exploring. The parking lot is quite small and not very easy to navigate for entry and exit, but the hotel's security staff are always on hand to direct traffic, which was a thoughtful and reassuring service.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hangzhou's West Lake Intime shopping mall and the Xiyouchuan pier. It's only about 300 meters from the musical fountain, making it super easy to enjoy boat rides and shopping. The hotel's gym, laundry room, and parking lot are all clean and tidy. The amenities are comfortable, and the front desk staff, especially Xiao Qi, provides excellent and enthusiastic service.

The location is convenient, very close to West Lake, and great for shopping. The room has an air purifier, and the facilities are very complete. Xiao Xue at the front desk was very kind. I'll come again if I have the chance.

I stayed in room 510 in the main building, and you can see West Lake from the room. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Intime 77 downstairs, and West Lake is right there. The location is excellent. There's also an underground parking lot, which is perfect if you're driving. Environment: Perfect

The facilities are excellent, including a laundry room and gym. The hotel is very clean and cozy. Xiao Qi provided excellent, thoughtful, and warm service. The hotel is close to West Lake, making its location superb with convenient transportation. It's truly a prime location. I'll definitely come back and highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is excellent. I checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was very welcoming and enthusiastic. It's incredibly close to West Lake, less than a minute's walk away. The facilities are great, cleanliness is top-notch, the environment is wonderful, and the service is exceptional. They also offer parking, which is convenient for those driving in from out of town as you can drive right in and park on-site.

The hotel facilities are new and well-equipped, and the location is incredibly convenient. I loved the robot service and the laundry room. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and our family had a wonderful and very satisfying stay. The front desk service was excellent; they even offered free luggage storage. Ms. Yang was particularly warm and proactive. We'll definitely be back!
