To the hotel, the service was warm and attentive! Staying at this hotel was incredibly worth it. Mineral water was provided, the facilities were comprehensive, and breakfast was amazing. The location is excellent with convenient transportation; you can walk to West Lake and various shopping malls. There's a night market nearby, and it's a bustling, prosperous, and very lively area. The service was thoughtful and the facilities great. It was clean with strong Wi-Fi, and the bathroom was new with a refreshing shower! The room was spacious and bright, making for a comfortable stay.

Good hotel to stay in Hang Zhou

Excellent location for West Lake and surrounding area. Staff very helpful. Ask for extra pillows and received in an instant. Helped with language barrier, always smiling. Breakfast and breakfast staff so helpful, kind and made conversation. Would stay here again.

Hotel locates close to the 2022 Asian Games spot centres. Room was very clean, tidy and quiet. Many food courts are near and convenient to us. But we could not book a car through online car hailing to airport early in the morning.

The room is very spacious. It is a 5-minute walk to in77, the most central location in Hangzhou. Wushan Square is downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. It is very suitable for family travel

Although the environment is a bit old, you can feel the hotel's care. The space is large and the stay is very comfortable. You can overlook the West Lake. I will book here again next time I come to Hangzhou.

The room is very good and of moderate size. It has a dedicated washing machine, clothes drying rack, microwave, induction cooker, etc. It is very clean and the items are very new. I highly recommend it.

I booked a standard room two months in advance, but upon arrival, I was given a king-size bed with a small bed next to it. The two beds were side by side, one taller than the other. They told me this was a standard room. The waiter confidently said, "This is the only room we have left. So, it's a standard room. Didn't they put two beds in there?" So, what was the point of booking a room in advance? They just gave me a random room with a small bed next to it and called it a standard room. Well, I'm a complete ****, so you can do whatever you want. The service was truly disappointing, and the hygiene was mediocre. That's fine, but they don't even have the basics of credibility. I don't know how this business can be successful.
