Very good experience again! Take about 5 minutes to walk to the station to Hangzhou West Lake! We also took the train to Shanghai this time. Breakfast buffet style offers a lot of variety including fresh brewed coffee! Always great staying, never disappointed!

We got a 4 bed room and it was the best decision. The hotel room is so big and clean. Everything was in order and the staff was so friendly and helpful . Breakfast was not bad and location about 30 min drive from most things .

Room setting is a bit small. The 2 sofas in front of the TV took up a lot of space especially the legs of the sofa really have to be careful. No shower cap provided. Nevertheless it’s value for the price that you pay. Worth to stay here.

This hotel is near a subway station. It is about 25 min from the airport. Rooms are spacious. Hotel staff are very courteous. Breakfast was included and the food was good.
