The room facilities were great, and it was very clean. Hangzhou hotels generally feel a bit more spacious, so that's a plus! The hotel is also conveniently located near a commercial area, perfect for shopping at Hema Fresh or grabbing a meal. However, it's a bit far from both subway stations, about a 15-minute walk. Cycling or driving would be more convenient. Oh, and the tea at Atour is really good, highly recommend it!

The room was great and spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and I really liked the earplugs. Both the pillows and mattress were very comfortable. Late-night congee: Fantastic! It's so great to have congee available when you're hungry at night. It warms both your stomach and your heart.

I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou. It's really comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfast has a good variety, and the surrounding facilities are great, making it super convenient to get anywhere. When my friend and I were chatting in the lobby, the front desk staff even brought us water – they were so warm and friendly, and the service was excellent. They helped me receive a package and even helped me unbox and organize it. I loved it!~

Came to Binjiang for a late-night dog walk and to pet some dogs. The hotel location is great, with delicious Ouji Food Stall and Sister Zhou's Chicken Rack nearby. After check-in, the hotel upgraded my room. The room was very clean. I informed the hotel I have rhinitis, and they even turned on the air purifier in the room beforehand. The front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were all very friendly and responsive to requests. The only minor issue is that the robot delivery service can sometimes be a bit slow, so you might need to wait patiently. During my stay, entering and exiting the parking lot was easy; just contact the front desk with your license plate number. There are dedicated hotel parking spaces on B2 and a Tesla Supercharger on B1. There's also a NIO Power Swap Station outside the building, making it super convenient for getting around.

From the warm smiles at the front desk when I checked in, to the quiet and tidy lounge area, and the clean, spacious room, every aspect of my stay was excellent. The breakfast also exceeded my expectations and was delicious. But what truly touched me was that when I checked out, the front desk gave me a bottle of water, and it was warm! This small gesture felt incredibly thoughtful as I was leaving and really warmed my heart. I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Came to Hangzhou for a concert! Decided to stay at Atour Hotel again, where I always stay when traveling, and it definitely didn't disappoint. They even let us check in early. The front desk staff were all super enthusiastic and the service was excellent! The environment was also quite peaceful. My friend and I absolutely devoured breakfast in the morning; the scallion oil noodles were really tasty 🤗🤗, and there were so many carb options! As a fried rice lover, I was thoroughly impressed. The sleeping experience was also great! I'll definitely choose Atour again next time~

The breakfast offered a great variety, blending both Chinese and Western options. The hot dishes, pastries, and fruits were all very fresh, and the dining environment was spotlessly clean. The room was extremely comfortable, and the service was excellent. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

The room was new and spacious, and screen mirroring was a great feature. The AC was a bit noisy but acceptable. We also received a complimentary fruit platter and free parking. The decor was very stylish, divided into small, private areas, which was quite nice.

This was my first stay at an Atour hotel, and I'm so glad I booked it. After a long day of traveling, it was the perfect place to unwind and get some good rest. The hotel butler even contacted me in advance to ask about my preferences and sent up some fruit. First, the soundproofing: I found it to be very quiet. I didn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms or the hallway. It's next to a road, which is unavoidable, but they even provided earplugs. Next, the service: It was incredibly hot during my trip to Hangzhou, so I was sweating a lot and needed to wash my clothes daily. The laundry room had long queues every night, but the staff would help wash your clothes and deliver them to your door. They mentioned sometimes working until 2 or 3 AM, which shows how hard they work. Finally, the hygiene, facilities, and surroundings: The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and the mattress and pillows are soft yet supportive. Within 1km, there's a Tianjie shopping mall with plenty of dining options, and you can also head to the riverside to cycle and enjoy the breeze.

The location is pretty good, very close to the river, and there are many places to eat nearby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room upon check-in and even gave a small gift to our child.

Poor hygiene. There were uncleaned nail clippings on the floor, the sink area was grimy, and the walls had scattered stains! The surrounding area has unfinished buildings, and the room lighting is poor! There's no mini-fridge or electronic scale. At 581 for the room, and a mediocre breakfast with no special features, the value for money is very low!
