Hangzhou West Lake Kind Wind Hotel

The property felt unmaintained. The air conditioning was so noisy that I couldn't get a good night's sleep. I could hear cats chasing mice and jumping around on the thin roof above. The only upside was its proximity to Jiuxi. There's also a parking lot outside where you can rent electric scooters. Breakfast consisted solely of stir-fried noodles, congee, corn, and eggs. No other options were available.

Hygiene: Terrible. The mouthwash cups were stained with toothpaste and hadn't been replaced. After I told them, they just brought disposable paper cups??? The laundry basket was full of hair. They said they'd call the front desk to clean it, but they came once while I was showering and didn't do anything, and then nothing happened??? Facilities: The TV was collapsed, damp, and in various places it was broken. The bathroom light was faulty. Service: When I asked to change rooms, they said there was only one damp room on the first floor. If that's the only room available, why does Ctrip show there are rooms available? This hotel, which I spent so much time choosing, really lowered my expectations! The online photos are all misleading.

The hotel is strategically located at the entrance of Jiuxi, which is an excellent location for those who plan to hike. It is also close to the West Lake Scenic Area. It is very convenient to get up early and go to Turtle Pond without traffic jam. The price is also cheap, it is an economical choice, safety and cleanliness are guaranteed, and the mattress is quite soft when you lie down on it. The breakfast is delicious. Their dog is very cute. It is smart and doesn't make any noise. It invites you to play football with it and acts like a spoiled child. My son complained that he was still petting it when we left, but it is really cute. I will consider staying here again next time if I need it.

The room is very clean, the homestay has a sense of design, it is right in the Jiuxi Scenic Area, the surrounding environment is very good, and it is convenient to travel. There are direct buses to Lingyin Temple and West Lake. The breakfast is healthy and nutritious, and the Longjing new tea is delicious👍

I chose this B&B because I liked the name of the store. I didn't expect it to be such a pleasant surprise. The whole B&B style is just what we like ☺️ The owner's service attitude is also very friendly. We arrived at around 10 o'clock in the evening and he kept waiting for us 👍 There are also cute store pets 🐶 Tangyuan is so cute 😄 In short, it was a very good accommodation experience. I will choose this one next time I come to Hangzhou 😚

The front desk lady is warm and caring. I like the big room of the B&B very much. I chose this B&B by chance and I instantly fell in love with Hangzhou. It is very close to scenic spots and places to play. There are many places to eat nearby. If you can't find it, you can contact the front desk lady and she will introduce it. There will be parking tickets when you leave, which saves a lot of money invisibly. Happy departure! ! ! !
