The room was spacious, and the staff had already opened the windows for ventilation and turned on the air conditioning before we arrived. The front desk service was excellent, and the little extra touches were great! A top choice for short stays!

Fast service and good value. It's very close to the airport, which is convenient. The shuttle bus route 1 is also really handy. The convenience store downstairs has good snacks. Dinner delivery is easy too. The only thing is the cleanliness could use some improvement.

I booked a 'noise-proof' room, which offered views of the terminal and runway across from the hotel. I could hear planes landing, but it was barely noticeable and didn't disturb my sleep at all. The hotel arranged a pickup from the airport via Metro Line 19 to check in, and then provided a shuttle service back to the airport the next day. The service was excellent. The biggest advantage is the convenience; checking in the day before means you don't have to rush to catch an early flight the next morning.

The hotel was quite clean. Even though I booked a room that was supposed to be noisy, I couldn't hear a thing, so it was excellent value for money. When I arrived, after taking the shuttle bus from the airport to catch my flight, the hotel proactively offered a complimentary drop-off service to the airport in a brand new business van.
