Celebrating my birthday in Hangzhou in July! This time, I chose the Park Hyatt over the Four Seasons, as the latter felt a bit dated. The decor at the Hangzhou Park Hyatt is quite similar to the one in Changsha, which I really like (the Beijing Park Hyatt is a bit too understated for my taste). I had informed both Ctrip and the hotel in advance about my birthday, and I was pleasantly surprised by their celebratory gestures. Thank you to the hotel for making it special! They decorated the room, upgraded my room type, and even sent a small cake. The hotel is conveniently located right above MixC Mall, so dining and shopping options are abundant! Given the sweltering heat, choosing the Park Hyatt was a brilliant decision (I later went to Jinsha restaurant at the Four Seasons, and the traffic there was quite a shock). The breakfast was also delicious, served semi-buffet style (the menu is in the last picture). You absolutely must try the braised pork ribs with rice noodles – it’s yummy! 😋

As a long-established luxury hotel, it's remarkably well-maintained. The rooms are spacious enough, and the lobby is on the 37th floor, requiring an elevator transfer to get to the rooms. It's right next to MixC shopping mall with direct access. I was in a rush this time, so I'll have to experience it more thoroughly next time! 🤭

The room design is excellent, but you can tell the hotel has some age. It's very standard Park Hyatt service – no unnecessary chatter, but they don't make big mistakes either. It feels more suited for introverts than for an extrovert like me. The hotel breakfast quality is great, but the dining area layout could be more efficient. Waiting 20 minutes for an Americano is a bit much. The in-room dining quality was good.

The room decor was very stylish. The staff, especially Jessica, was very responsive to our needs and provided a lot of help. A very good experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to MixC Mall and the subway station, making dining, shopping, and travel very convenient. The staff provides great service, being welcoming and actively resolving guests' issues. The hotel breakfast is quite varied, and the pool and gym are also good. However, there are many shortcomings in the hardware facilities, which negatively impact the hotel's value for money: Firstly, the mattresses haven't been replaced in a long time, so the sleeping area is sunken. This was true for both rooms, leading to back pain after sleeping. Secondly, the bathroom's toiletries cabinet is surprisingly on the floor, requiring an awkward bend to retrieve items every time. Thirdly, the shower column is too close to the bathtub, and the showerhead cannot be adjusted up or down, making showering while standing feel cramped and uncomfortable. Fourthly, the vanity has a mirror TV that is unclear and largely useless, serving no real purpose. Furthermore, there's a sink next to the toilet but no hand soap, meaning one can only rinse hands after using the restroom.

My stay at Park Hyatt Hangzhou was an amazing experience! The hotel boasts an excellent location, spacious and tidy rooms, and stunning frontline river views. The overall decor is very elegant. A special thanks to Jessica, who was incredibly patient and thorough with everything from check-in to answering my inquiries. Her service was both thoughtful and professional, making me feel truly valued. The dining quality was excellent, the facilities were comprehensive, and the butler service was top-notch. It's definitely a top choice for accommodation when visiting Hangzhou, and I'll be back again!

The hotel's location is excellent, right above MixC Shopping Mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. The room was clean and hygienic, and the marble bathroom decor felt very high-quality. The gym and swimming pool were also quite good. I would definitely consider this hotel again for my next visit.

I highly recommend the Park Hyatt Hangzhou! The room experience was absolutely fantastic. The entire room featured a new Chinese-style elegant design, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering a breathtaking view of the Qiantang River. The marble bathtub in the bathroom, overlooking the scenery, created an amazing ambiance. Le Labo toiletries and high-thread-count linens were soft and skin-friendly. The high-floor room was quiet and soundproof, making it comfortable for both resting and working. The hotel is seamlessly connected to the MixC Mall via an internal通道, meaning you don't have to go outside and brave the elements. Luxury brands, chain restaurants, supermarkets, and a cinema are all directly accessible downstairs. Shopping and dining are a one-stop-shop, and the convenience of getting around is unparalleled. Special thanks to Kevin from the concierge team for his attentive assistance throughout. His service was thoughtful and thorough, and his professionalism was top-notch. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Hangzhou!

An absolutely fantastic hotel with excellent service. My luggage was even brought directly to my ride-hailing car at the end. It's perfect for business travelers like me who need a quiet environment to work. Plus, the mountain views are stunning!

I've always loved staying at Park Hyatt, and this was my first time in Hangzhou. It was a wonderful stay, especially thanks to Anna who thoughtfully arranged a welcome fruit platter with my favorite peaches 🍑. Breakfast on the 48th floor offers panoramic views, and yesterday I even caught a beautiful sunrise.

Staying at the Park Hyatt in Qianjiang New City, Hangzhou, was a great choice. It's one of those hotels that truly captures the city skyline. To the east, you get views of the Qiantang River, and to the west, you see the city's vibrant life. The room design and comfort were both excellent. The highlights for me were the Living Room bar and the swimming pool. The pool offers fantastic river views, though the hot plunge pool felt a bit basic and small compared to the Andaz Shenzhen. The overall service staff were quite professional, with one exception: the attendant cleaning the men's changing room. He wasn't very polite; he kept standing there, watching guests change clothes, seemingly wanting to collect towels while they were still using them. Breakfast was a semi-buffet, similar to other luxury hotels, with a good variety of options. However, some items weren't up to par in terms of taste or quality. For instance, the freshly baked flatbread wasn't crispy as expected, but rather soft. It’s these little details that make a difference.
