Hangzhou Lishe Hotel (Hangzhou East Railway Station)

The room was very spacious and well-designed. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was so comfortable that even I, who usually struggle to sleep in unfamiliar beds, had a great night's rest. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite. I'll definitely choose your hotel again when I come to Hangzhou.

The space is huge, truly massive. The room itself is super spacious, with four bottles of mineral water and a mini-fridge. I slept pretty well. And it's right by the train station when you step out.

Paid over 350 for what felt like a 100-quality room. The soundproofing is terrible, just awful. The doors and walls are paper-thin. The front desk staff was completely unhelpful when I asked about my lost item; they insisted it wasn't there even though I clearly left it at the hotel. Honestly, not worth discussing further. For a hotel without even a laundry room, they're charging prices comparable to Atour.
