The receptionist is know about nothing. The breakfast is poor, the food is not heat. The heater in bathroom is not stable, u could get sudden cold and heat when taking your bath.

Hotel’s not far from xihu(west lake), staffs very good services, even not big much for room but it’s enough for 2 people stay. Good location for take bus to travel.

The location is okay. Bus stop is right infront of hoteland there is a cafe beside.

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. And its location is about 20 mins walk away from the lake.
