Pros: the front desk was very helpful, and house keeping is great too, the kids left a few toys and they returned to us upon collecting luggage. Room is decent in size for a family of 4. Water pressure is great. Cons: sound proofing is very poor. Can hear the people taking next door. Tatami is not clean refer to the picture. Shower head malfunction and air con is not working. House keeping sent a fan, we came in winter so it’s not very hot. For the price you are paying, nearby 4 star hotels will offer something similar for double bed rooms, I will opt for other options.

The environment is pretty good. It's the first time for the kids to live on tatami. There's no pressure taking care of two kids. Anyway, it's enough for them to sleep in any direction! The room is very spacious, and the smart toilet and large bathtub are also very comfortable.
