Hangzhou Xingdu Hotel

This hotel was a great choice for our couples' trip. The overall environment was clean and well-maintained, and our room was spotless and refreshing. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient during check-in. The hotel's location is excellent, making dining and getting around very convenient. The soundproofing in the room was also good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Our business king room was spacious, and we were very satisfied with everything. If you're visiting Hangzhou, you should definitely consider this place.

I just got back home today after checking out yesterday, and while my memories and feelings are still fresh, I want to write a review for the hotel. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, so I'll just show two photos from my iPhone (purely my own experience, not an advertisement). First off, the location is great; it's very convenient to get around by Didi (ride-sharing app) and nothing is too far. Our car was parked in the hotel's free parking lot for two days, which was a nice bonus. The front desk staff, both male and female, were all very gentle and friendly. We stayed on the 10th floor; the room was spacious, very quiet, and clean. We received welcome drinks, snacks, fruits, and two cups of coffee, which were also good. We were exhausted after a full day exploring West Lake yesterday, and all three of us slept really well. My daughter said this morning that the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and my daughter insisted I praise the stir-fried noodles, which were exceptionally delicious. The restaurant manager was also very enthusiastic, making breakfast a very pleasant experience. The only minor issue was that they provided two sets of toiletries for three people, but I had my own, so I didn't bother asking for an extra set! This is our family's experience, and while others might have different standards, we were very satisfied. If I go to Hangzhou again, I will definitely stay here!

The room was quite spacious. The cleaning staff did a very good and timely job. The doorman was very proactive in helping us with our luggage, and the front desk lady was super helpful, even offering us coffee and fruit. The breakfast selection was also very rich, and the staff's attitude was excellent. It was relatively quiet, which I really liked. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I have the chance.

Our hotel stay was absolutely fantastic! We stayed for two nights and felt right at home. From the moment we checked in, Xiao Lei helped us with an unexpected situation. At breakfast, Xiao Hai from the restaurant was incredibly warm and welcoming, and even arranged some special Hangzhou breakfast items for us. The soup dumplings, beef pancakes, and mixed noodles were truly exceptional! Even the intern, Xiao Wei, and the cleaning lady were so friendly. Throughout our three-day stay, we saw the lobby manager, Manager Nan, warmly greeting every guest. She even arranged a ride for us to the subway station at the end. Choosing this hotel for our trip was definitely the best decision!

This hotel is located in Hangzhou's old CBD area. I didn't take any pictures, but the interior environment is really nice and clean. We went on a weekend and even got a free room upgrade, plus complimentary fruits and drinks. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the 1.35m bed was perfect for traveling with kids. All the staff were very enthusiastic, especially the housekeeping attendants who greeted us warmly every time we saw them. The complimentary snacks were delicious, and they even gave our child extra packs. Highly recommended!
