Extremely satisfied! First off, I bought vouchers for two nights in advance and stayed for four nights straight – it was an incredibly good deal. The hotel itself is quite grand. Since I drove, I didn't use their complimentary shuttle service to the subway station, but parking was free! Excellent! Traveling with a child, we were upgraded to a larger room. We arrived quite late on the first day, but starting the next day, they decorated the room with a lovely and cozy parent-child theme, which my child absolutely adored and was so surprised by! The housekeeping staff saw me trying to push the beds together and proactively asked if I needed a bed rail, which they quickly and securely installed. The bed rail was a lifesaver! Fantastic! They even provided complimentary Little Yellow Duck children's toiletries! Bravo! The room had an bright window, and the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. The hallway had carpet. The bathroom was spacious, and toiletries were refilled promptly. The bathrobes were disposable, which was very convenient. Both the bed and bedding were comfortable; the mattress wasn't too soft, and the duvet cover didn't make noise with every movement. Two things I hope they can improve: 1. The closet hanging rod was a hygiene dead zone (though I've encountered this in many hotels). 2. A box of tissues would be nice on the vanity. Being able to choose two complimentary coffees every day was simply perfect! And in the afternoon, we could also have two cups of Longjing tea. Xingdu Hotel was truly the start of a wonderful experience during our Hangzhou trip. I've already recommended it to friends!

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Hangzhou, next to a Line 2 subway station. It's super convenient for getting to the Grand Canal, Wulin Square, and West Lake. What truly stands out is the fantastic service from this well-established hotel! We arrived early during the May Day holiday, intending only to drop off our luggage. To our surprise, the hotel not only arranged for an early check-in but also proactively upgraded our room type. They even provided a fruit platter, drinks, and a skincare set. The staff's attitude was genuinely wonderful!

Facilities: All the essentials are there, plus a mini-fridge. Cleanliness: Very clean, with towels neatly arranged. They even provided a laundry basket. Environment: The room is spacious, perfect for both work and relaxation. Service: This is my second stay here, and the service is exceptional, especially breakfast. There's a wide variety of options, and the staff are very friendly.

Whenever I come to watch the Zhejiang team play, I always book this place. It's convenient for getting everywhere, offers great value for money, and the facilities are excellent. The well-equipped gym is a big plus for me. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come for a game.

The room was spacious, and the location was excellent. Manager Wu at the front desk was incredibly kind; she helped us change rooms and even expedited our laundry service. The cleaning staff was also wonderful; they'd always ask if we needed anything whenever we saw them and encouraged us to call them if we did. Breakfast was extensive, and the dining area was large. The wonton and noodle lady felt just like a mom – always smiling and asking if we wanted any blanched vegetables added. Chen from the catering department was absolutely amazing! She shared so many hidden menu tips with us, constantly running around. We stayed for four days and saw her smiling eyes every single day, serving customers with noodles and drinks. Knowing we were going to West Lake, she even brought us a lot of fruit. She was super, super nice! If you're wondering who Chen is, just look for the girl who's always on the go, serving customers – that's her! Fantastic!

Convenient location, with free shuttle service within 3km. The driver was really friendly and the breakfast was good! It's also quite close to West Lake, perfect for an early morning visit. They even offer free laundry service.

The service here is definitely worth mentioning, especially a big thank you to Xiao Hai at the restaurant. As soon as we entered, she brought us Hangzhou xiao long bao. When she learned we were leaving, she even packed some fruit for our journey and a toy for the child. The facilities are also excellent. The breakfast exceeded our expectations by far – not only was there a wide variety, but items were replenished promptly, and the service was top-notch. We transferred from a Sheraton, and the breakfast here was more than twice as good. The restaurant even has a kids' play area. Upon check-in, they knew we had a child and provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes. All in all, this hotel is fantastic, and I genuinely recommend it.

This veteran four-star hotel truly excels in the details. From the front desk to the restaurant service, they make you feel incredibly welcome, like a home away from home! They even offer complimentary laundry, coffee, and Longjing tea vouchers. A special shout-out to the lovely and enthusiastic ladies at the front desk and at the 18th-floor executive lounge!

The girl at the front desk who checked us in was incredibly kind and attentive, reminding us of all the important details. I later found out her name was Xiao Gao. She greeted us with a smile and even proactively offered to make us coffee. The hotel itself was very clean, and it was convenient to find food, drinks, and taxis nearby. Plus, it's not far from West Lake.

What left the deepest impression on me was Manager Hai from the restaurant. She was incredibly kind and enthusiastic, and her service was very attentive, always proactively asking if we needed anything. The restaurant also has a play area for children, and my daughter spent five very happy breakfast times there. Additionally, Nan Nan at the front desk was also very thoughtful. She proactively contacted us when we left some documents behind at the hotel and even mailed them back to us. Many thanks!

Facilities: Perfect! They have everything you could possibly need, from kids' toiletries and slippers to hair ties, razors, and even a sewing kit! The restaurant, spa, foot massage parlor, tea room, and gym are all incredibly well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless! I have to commend the housekeeping staff on the 14th floor – they were incredibly meticulous and polite. Despite the May Day holiday rush, they did an outstanding job. There was also a female supervisor in the restaurant who was super nice! Even with the large crowds, they managed everything smoothly, so we never had trouble finding a table or getting food. Environment: The environment is great! For this price, it's truly excellent value. The surrounding area has convenient transport links, and it's easy to find places to shop and eat. Service: From the entrance to the restaurant, everyone's service was fantastic!

The room, as always, was very satisfying – clean and tidy. The lobby is spacious and bright. We received complimentary welcome fruits and coffee upon check-in, and the housekeeping even provided a small bottle of lotion, which is perfect for business travelers.

Booked this hotel for my parents. They had previously stayed at a hotel in Xixi Wetland. While this hotel doesn't have the same surrounding environment as Xixi Wetland, its own facilities are excellent, and the breakfast is fantastic. They would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The room was clean and tidy, and a housekeeper cleaned it daily. The soundproofing was excellent. We even got a free room upgrade, which was a nice bonus! I highly recommend this place. The environment is very quiet and the service is great!
