i booked the hotel for my friends, the room is spacious, and it is close to the metro station line 3, and only 1 station away from a shopping mall. it is really convenient and good. will recommend this hotel to other friends

Very value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staffs and cleaners are very friendly and helpful with everything, it made our stay so pleansant! Loved that they have a washing machine and dryer available for our use. Location is great as well there’s a lot of food nearby and some malls.

This is my third night in this hotel, yes, I decide to extend stay in this hotel. Breakfast is good as before. Room is clean and the check all amenities. Across the hotel there’s Mall but rather empty of visitor. 1 station with MRT there’s a bigger and nice mall lots of restaurant and snack. Surrely will stay in this hotel if I visit my son again.

This is a really rubbish hotel. I was on a business trip and took my elderly parents and children to play. We arrived at the hotel after 10 pm. After checking in, the air conditioning was very uncomfortable. The room was humid and the soundproofing was poor. It didn't matter. At 9 o'clock in the morning, while I was doing work, the elderly parents who were still in the hotel called and said that the air conditioning would not adjust. The room was too hot and the children were crying because of the heat. The elderly parents kept thinking that they had not operated it properly. They called the front desk and found out that the hotel air conditioning was broken and was being replaced. There was no notice or apology. They asked the security guard to send a fan. The most annoying thing was that the security guard came up and said, "It's summer, how can it not be hot?" Is this the kind of words a hotel service staff can say? The hotel cannot be stayed and can only be checked out early, which disrupted all the travel plans of the family. No one from the hotel came to explain or deal with it. There was not even an apology. This kind of hotel facilities and attitude in handling problems will definitely not happen again. No one in our company will stay there again.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation and many shopping malls nearby. The service provided by Xiaojiu at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, the room was very clean and tidy, and the hotel also has a gym with complete facilities.
