The photos look great, and I really liked the style. However, the rooms seriously need a renovation; they're old, dirty, and rundown. The front desk staff were unhelpful. The hot water was barely 30 degrees Celsius, probably because they turned it down due to fewer guests. The only outdoor pool had a layer of grime at the bottom. And there was even a huge cockroach!!!

I often travel with my kids, and they just love swimming pools. I'd seen this hotel before and finally got to stay, and it didn't disappoint! The moment the elevator doors opened, I was amazed. The front desk upgraded us to a larger tatami room, which was spacious and perfect for photos. We stayed for two nights; the second night we switched to a courtyard room, which was also fantastic. On the third day, it rained, and my daughter played in the bathtub for an hour. If you like taking photos, this is a great place to visit. There's some subway construction nearby, but a taxi ride to the Line 3 subway station is still just the starting fare, which is very convenient. Parking in the underground garage is free, which is great and saved us a lot on parking fees. I highly recommend it for couples and families traveling with children.

I chose this hotel for a business trip and was very satisfied overall. After a busy day of work, the rooftop garden was the perfect place to relax – quiet, with lots of greenery, and a nice breeze to help me unwind. The pool water was clean, and a swim after work helped me shed the day's fatigue. Staying here for 4 consecutive days was very convenient. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and ordering delivery was easy. The room was also very clean and tidy.

Choosing the Xiyu Creek Sky Garden Hotel for our family trip with kids was such a great decision! The hotel pool water was clean and the area was spacious, so my child had a blast. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, well-equipped, and the staff were warm and attentive. The Sky Garden has beautiful views, perfect for taking photos. Overall, it was quiet and relaxing, ideal for a family getaway. My child didn't want to leave! A fantastic stay, highly recommended for families with kids!

Was drawn in by the online price and photos. Indeed, the price offers great value for money. The downsides: the pet grooming fee is 200 RMB. For our family of three plus a dog, that's quite expensive per person. The dog bed provided was a bit damp, so our dog didn't use it at all. Pet breakfast wasn't offered either. For this price, I've stayed at upscale pet-friendly hotels that provide pet breakfast and other services like pet photography for 200 RMB. Our dog is small and mostly uses her own pee pad, so she's very clean. As for the exterior, there's subway construction on the left side. Our room was facing the street, and my partner mentioned it was a bit noisy in the morning, which detracts from the outdoor environment. However, once you step out of the elevator on the 5th floor, the hotel environment is genuinely lovely, with a chic, boutique feel. The corridors and the outdoor pool look great. The room space was quite comfortable, but the pillows had a musty smell – we had to change them several times. Breakfast was just so-so; no noodle or hot food station, and when the soy milk and juice ran out, no plain water was provided, nor was the coffee machine working. Otherwise, mostly satisfied.
