We stayed at the Xizili Art Hotel near the downtown area. The staff and friendly and accommodating even if you're a foreigner with little to no Chinese-speaking ability. The facilities were nice and the accommodation was quite comfortable. The hotel is located near many tourists spots (within 30 minutes or so by car) including West Lake, West Lake Cultural Center, Wulin Square, Hangzhou Tower Shopping City, and the Hangzhou Kerry Centre. Definitely an affordable hotel if you're wanting to spend more on food and attractions in the city.

The biggest problem is the experience of the service itself. The landlord’s response is slow. Check-in was originally available at 2 o'clock, but it was postponed to 3 o'clock. After that, it was postponed to 4 o'clock, and I waited for more than an hour. It’s the response that the landlord we contacted actively. The landlord doesn’t pay attention to the customer experience at all, and will not reply to us after all the questions are confirmed. We have to wait for us to contact us actively. The experience is really bad. Hope to improve

Stayed in the family room in March 2024, clean and tidy. The kids loved it. Walking out is the snack street and there are many shops, making it very convenient to buy food. 2 bathrooms and a separate bathtub, which is great for us. It is recommended to stay here if you are visiting Hangzhou. Attached is the West Lake sightseeing bus route. The hotel is close to the Children's Palace (Broken Bridge)

The front desk of the hotel is very enthusiastic. At first, it was a little brother. I have stayed in this hotel several times before. I want to book the same room as before.
