The hotel boasts a superb location with excellent transport links, as the metro station entrance is less than 100 meters away. The hotel's atrium is truly stunning. The rooms are spacious with a well-designed layout, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The river view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is absolutely picturesque. It's perfect for enjoying tea by the window and taking in the beautiful scenery on a hot summer day, and you can even catch the sunrise from there.
An absolutely fantastic hotel! The double-height lobby is incredibly grand and impressive. Parking is conveniently located on B2 in the K9 area, right next to the elevators.
The front desk staff, Ms. Lenvy Zheng, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Not only did she help arrange our evening buffet, but she also upgraded us to a Ferris wheel view room! The room view was absolutely stunning! Upon check-in, we received complimentary bar drinks, which we could even take back to our room.
The buffet on Fridays and Saturdays is indeed excellent, with an elegant and tidy environment. All the service staff were super enthusiastic and incredibly attentive. The mini-fridge only had chilled drinks, but when we mentioned it to one of the waitstaff, she immediately brought room-temperature ones for the kids and even gifted us some homemade cookies. There was also a great variety of sashimi, including freshly grated wasabi, which was a huge plus! Plenty of lamb chops, steaks, and seafood were available, along with their special crayfish, which was incredibly satisfying. The DIY desserts were perfect for kids, and the strawberry Basque cheesecake was absolutely divine – my favorite!
The housekeeping staff was also very enthusiastic; they provided a bathtub liner and, knowing it was hot, gave us extra bottles of water. Breakfast was busy, but everything was well-organized. They even had maple syrup pancakes – how wonderful!
This is truly a treasure of a hotel, definitely worth a second visit, especially when prices are good.

CClintonNA terrific location with amazing hikes and amenities within the resort. Front of house staff are welcoming and eager to assist. The Japanese restaurant is excellent. Servers Grace and Echo are extremely polite and lovely. Avoid the Chinese restaurant on the ground floor as the service and food quality are below standard.
