The hotel is near the Xixi Wetland. The surrounding environment is good. You can go to the Xixi Wetland to stroll around, but the sound insulation of the hotel is not very good. You can hear the snoring next door. The sound of the bathroom in other rooms is also very obvious. I live on the 5th floor. I don’t know what I’m moving upstairs at 1 o’clock in the middle of the night. I still make a noise for a while. The bed is very comfortable, the pillows are well-deserved, the bathroom shower and the like are very good, the breakfast is not bad, the hotel gives a 4.5 star, 5 stars are for the front desk, the service is particularly good, warm and patient, there is a question and answer, will take the initiative to ask for needs

The hotel environment and quality are very good, and the satisfaction is beyond expectation! The housekeeper Betty is a very gentle girl, the service is meticulous, and the requests are responded to and met in time. The hotel's rowing boat is recommended to make an appointment one day in advance. This comfortable and leisurely feeling is completely different from riding an electric boat. I look forward to bringing my family here for vacation in the future!

Location is good, bit away from city center, but worked fine for us. Rooms were clean. Many breakfast options were available. Hotel had late checkout option which was helpful. Staff was very welcoming & supportive. Overall ticked everything for us.

I like every plant and tree in Huajiantang, which is full of spirituality and vitality, and the environment is elegant and beautiful! More importantly, it is truly pet-friendly, treating large and small dogs equally! Even when we go out to play and the dogs stay in the room, there are staff to help us feed and walk the dogs, which is so touching! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, and each room has its own small courtyard, which is practical and beautiful! By the way: the souvenirs and pet breakfast coupons we gave to the dogs before checking in, and tea and other souvenirs before leaving the store, are really nice! I am very satisfied with this stay, and I will choose Huajiantang next time I come to Hangzhou!!!

I was upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was large and well-designed, with a clean, modern feel and a soft bed. The hotel was stylish throughout and felt very new. The service was excellent; staff were polite and attentive during our brief interactions. The breakfast was good quality as well, offering the typical international and Chinese options, but at a slightly higher standard than the other Hangzhou hotels I've stayed in previously. Location-wise, you need to consider what you want. My grasp of the local geography isn't great, but I got the feeling it was a little far away from some of the more popular spots in Hangzhou, although that wasn't an issue for me and I was easily able to get a Didi to and from the hotel. The hotel is also nestled in a fantastic little area, surrounded by numerous restaurants of all different types, so finding a good dinner was very easy. Unfortunately, I was lazy and didn't check out the gym, so I cant comment on that! I don't normally write reviews, but I enjoyed my stay and thought they deserved a positive reviews as a result.

During the second half of the National Day holiday, I went to Liangzhu with my husband to stay in a hotel. I chose the InterContinental I like. It really exceeded my expectations. The hardware of the new hotel is absolutely excellent. I was very happy that I could use the room voucher without adding a fee during the long holiday. The hotel butler service was in place the night before departure. I praised the Xiaoke Miya who contacted me. It was really considerate and really met my needs. Because I wanted a room with a better view, Xiaoke also arranged a Ferris wheel room for me. I was very satisfied! Because the high-speed rail was after 4 pm, I was very happy to delay my check-out after a little communication. The aunt who cleaned the room was also very serious and attentive, and her attitude was also very friendly. InterContinental breakfast has always been my favorite, and this one in Liangzhu did not disappoint me. During my stay (10/7-9), the waiter who was responsible for making pancakes and waffles for breakfast was also very satisfactory. He made pancakes for me and delivered them to the table for me. Overall, it was a very happy and satisfactory stay. Recommended.

When you step into the hotel located in the core area from the noisy Xixi Scenic Area, you will be amazed by the beautiful scenery and quiet environment in a second. The service is also warm and thoughtful. Every employee is very kind and responsive, especially the hotel's housekeeper, who is the most considerate and humane housekeeper I have ever seen in China. However, the hotel's hardware flaws cannot be concealed. For example, the sliding door of the bathroom is very heavy, and once closed, it cannot be opened from the inside; the cover of the hair dryer socket above the washbasin is about to fall off, which poses a safety hazard; the automatic cover of the Washlet only opens halfway and then closes again each time, and it can only be opened manually. If too much paper is thrown, it is easy to get blocked; the most unbearable thing is that the shower water pressure is very low. With such a low water pressure, you can't use a rainforest shower at all. You can only use a handheld shower head, but the angle of the handheld shower head cannot be adjusted. In short, if you want to take photos, I recommend staying at this hotel. The photos taken are really beautiful and very Jiangnan-style. It may be the most artistic hotel in Xixi. It is different from the modern Mushou Xixi and the luxurious Banyan Tree. If you have high requirements for hardware, especially bathing comfort, you should avoid it.
