We were a family of four, two adults and two kids, visiting West Lake. Since it's inconvenient to walk too far with children, we booked the Wuxingwan Hotel. When we arrived from Nanxun, our room wasn't ready yet, but the front desk staff suggested we could relax in the lobby, which had tables, chairs, and even hot water for making milk for the kids – very convenient. The room itself was spacious and comfortable with two large beds, and the bathroom was clean and hygienic. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and even quite pretty!
