Lovely place beautiful gardens quite short walk to everything you need
Only 1 thing they did advertise as a BnB but no breakfast 😕
As they are supporting locals thats awesome but remove Breakfast

Perfect lodging and location
This is the perfect stay for your Hamner Springs getaway. Large, comfortable, clean room on a beautiful piece of property. Walking distance to everything. The owners are so kind and friendly. We were so happy with our choice to stay here and would definitely stay here again if we returned. Do not hesitate, this place is simply perfect.

Host was brilliant with telling us everything and things to do during our one night stay. Very friendly and just such a nice person.

Great quiet spot for a stop in Hanmer springs. We had the garden cottages and it was peaceful and secluded. Hot springs, shops, restaurants and coffee all less than 5 mins walk. Also - direct access to walking trails at end of road. Accommodation was great, clean, spacious and well maintained. Fully recommend

We had a comfortable, warm and a very pleasant three nights in the studio, with the owners being very helpful. We had to leave early for the ferry and unfortunately didn't have a chance to say thanks to them or fatewell. A very central place to stay in a lovely garden.
