I really liked the hotel, it is suitable for staying with a family, the hotel is very cozy, located near the center.

Firstly.. the size and description of the room given online is WRONG. I booked a junior suite with a balcony, which was given as 40 sq.m. but it turned out to be just 30 sq m. Also, the balcony is so tiny that not even one person can stand easily. Two people standing at the same time is impossible...so it's a total washout of your expectations. The bathroom was leaking and it wasn't fixed even after our compalint. This is the same property also sold with a new name - Avani Central Hotel. The breakfast was very, very basic and there was nothing much to eat. Do check all descriptions before going here.

The hotel was located in the city center and was perfect for a short trip of some days. The hotel stuff was pretty nice and very friendly.

The staffs are helpful and the room is clean. I ordered a room for 3, expecting there would be 3 sets of water bottles, glasses, towels etc, but they only provided 2 sets.

Nice Hotel and Service, Room was clean, airconditioning work very good. A Lot of Cofee shops and snackbar around the Hotel. Train street Le Duan 20min away. To Airport 45min by Taxi managed by Hotelcrew. Was perfect organized. Thank you ;)

It was a very good and centrally located hotel within the Old Quarters. it made getting around easy and simple. I think it was great to have them upgrade my hotel room and I do not want to imagine what I originally booked. Don't get me wrong, it was a nice hotel and my upgrade room was great! I think I was upgraded to a superior suite in which it can fit a family. hahaha It was a decent size room and comfortable. I think my biggest concern here was basically the mosquitos that kept coming in. The bathtub always felt like it was going to break though, and no hot water was available while I was there, which was hard to shower when the temperature dropped and too cold to shower. The most disappointing thing here was no breakfast at all...I didn't realize when they didn't let you get breakfast while booking a room also meant no kitchen at all and no breakfast whatsoever. I think this is the biggest negative to the hotel (I'm not one to get up early and go searching for food hahaha). However, if you are one to go searching and exploring early in the morning then do not let that deter you from booking here...it really is a nice hotel. Though, those being some negatives, the good was the staff! They were all so very helpful, nice and willing to meet my needs. If I had a question or concern they were always there to help. I think this made the bad seem like nonsense which was great! Although I did have some negatives, I still think it is a decent hotel to stay in. They are really very helpful and kind. They also have airport service which was great to have and made transferring much easier. It is overall a good and centrally located hotel!

The service attitude is very good, and the drop-off to the airport is timely. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity. It is very close to the attractions!

The room is small, with a dark window facing the corridor, which cannot be opened. But at night, the corridor lights are very bright, and the experience is not good. The service attitude is very good. The room was not cleaned when I checked in. I had to wait for 2 hours before I was given breakfast and a half-price massage

The staff was very helpful in booking our experiences on site. Always very helpful. Great location for walks and restaurants.

Excellent hotel in the middle of Hanoi! Highly recommended for a city trip. Very attentive staff (especially Chloe). When asked if they could arrange something for a family member who had a birthday, they provided a cake and a fruit platter. The breakfast could offer a little more variety.

It felt good.

Good value for money

早餐比較簡單，不過出門就是為了放空，飲食不重要。周邊是火車街，熱鬧的不行。

I found this hotel to exceed my expectations in every way. Value for money was excellent. All of the staff were professional and friendly. The room was excellent, spacious and clean. The location is perfect within the Old Quarter area of Hanoi. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
