Checked out at 12 noon but left our luggage until late at night because our bus going to sapa. Which was a convenient for us.

Wasn't very clean. Lots of dust on top of the wardrobe. Hairs in the bathroom. Ran out of hot water when having a shower. Great location though and friendly service. No card access after 10pm so had to wake up the guy working there to get in and out after this time which was an inconvenience.

Hotel is in a great location on a street with lots of cafes bars and restaurants. The hotel is very clean but a little old. Very basic room nothing special, my room didn’t have a window unfortunately. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was average but lovely of them to offer. Good place to stay if you’re not picky and want your own room cheap.

I stayed there for a few nights. The location is super ok but is extremely noisy during night because of the bars around. For Asian standards is ok

Location is great, no noise heard inside. Was not able to check in early. All hotels I stay at give you the room as soon as its ready, however this hotel made everyone wait until the allotted time. Not a big problem, just room for improvement. Firm beds and pillows, fine for my personal preference, but just thought id mention.

Room is ok. Location is near night market and a few mins walk to train street which is a plus. We also liked the service from Henry who was the receptionist when we checked in. All in all even though we stayed only for our few hours, it was a great stay.
