After having a rough time at another hotel, I booked this late at night and showed up, the staff don't speak English but are more than accommodating and will use Google translate with you which can be a fun experience, the staff were so lovely and had a good sense of humour. I got upgraded and my room was so pretty and tidy this hotel and it's people saved my holiday and made me leave hanoi feeling great. Thank you 😁

It is different from the pictures online. The room is generally hygienic and the equipment is old. The place is quite convenient and there are places to eat and drink nearby within a few minutes walk.

The location of the hotel is quite good. The bed in the room is relatively comfortable, the equipment is complete, the environment and items are clean, and the front desk service is also okay. But that room really doesn't work. The door was facing the elevator; the room was so eerie in the middle of the night that I couldn't sleep; when I woke up in the morning, I was frightened by the long vertical mirror behind the door.

The hotel is clean, quiet, private, enthusiastic and cheerful staff, fragrant towels. In general, quite OK for a hotel in the inner city.
